These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TabBridge browser extension and website at https://tabbridge.replit.app (“Service”). By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use TabBridge.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use TabBridge. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for commercial sellers using supported marketplace platforms, not for consumer or personal use.
2. What TabBridge does
TabBridge provides a browser-based tool for reviewing product listing information from an open Amazon® product page and transferring selected fields into an open Shopify®, eBay®, Walmart®, or TikTok Seller form. The extension is a convenience tool that fills form fields at the browser level; it does not submit, publish, or post listings on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing every field and for any listing you choose to submit.
3. No affiliation with Amazon or any marketplace
TabBridge is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon®, Shopify Inc., Shopify®, eBay Inc., eBay®, Walmart Inc., Walmart®, TikTok Ltd., or Google LLC. The names, logos, and trademarks of those companies belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe compatibility.
TabBridge is distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store but is not produced by, reviewed for content accuracy by, or officially affiliated with Google LLC. Google's approval of distribution does not constitute endorsement of TabBridge's functionality or claims.
4. Amazon® content and intellectual property
Product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and other content displayed on Amazon® product pages may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights owned by Amazon®, the product brand, or the original seller. TabBridge makes this content available for your review and optional transfer; it does not grant you any rights to that content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and publish any content you transfer to a destination marketplace. This includes verifying that you are the brand owner, an authorized reseller, or otherwise licensed to use the content. TabBridge assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement, trademark violations, or other IP claims arising from your use of transferred content.
5. Your responsibilities
- Use TabBridge only with product pages and listing information you are authorized to access and reproduce.
- Review every field in the filled seller form before clicking a marketplace's own publish or submit button.
- Comply with the Terms of Service, Seller Agreements, and policies of Amazon®, Shopify®, eBay®, Walmart®, TikTok Shop, and any other platform you use with TabBridge.
- Do not use TabBridge to violate intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising-accuracy, or marketplace requirements.
- Do not use TabBridge to facilitate dropshipping arrangements that violate a destination marketplace's dropshipping or fulfilment policies.
- Keep your browser and extension installation secure. Do not share your marketplace seller credentials with TabBridge or expose them through use of the extension.
- Do not use TabBridge to access or interact with pages or accounts you are not authorized to use.
6. Chrome Web Store and Google policies
TabBridge is distributed via the Google Chrome Web Store and is subject to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies. The extension's host permissions are used exclusively for its stated single purpose. TabBridge does not use remote code execution for any purpose. Installing TabBridge from the Chrome Web Store constitutes your agreement to Chrome's standard extension installation terms in addition to these Terms.
7. Account, billing, and subscriptions
Some features require a TabBridge account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Studio) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused transfer quota does not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan limits. TabBridge reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension to bypass usage limits, circumvent marketplace access controls, or repurpose it for a function other than its stated purpose.
- Use TabBridge to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect product data at a scale that violates Amazon's Conditions of Use or any other platform's terms.
- Use the extension for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, counterfeit listings, or deceptive advertising.
- Interfere with the operation of the extension, the TabBridge website, or any marketplace platform.
- Represent TabBridge as an official or affiliated tool of Amazon®, Google™, Shopify®, eBay®, Walmart®, or TikTok Shop.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension outside the Chrome Web Store.
9. Availability and changes
Marketplace pages and seller form structures can change without notice. We do not guarantee that every page, seller account type, field, editor, or upload control will always be detected or correctly filled. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice, including to maintain compliance with Chrome Web Store policies or platform terms.
10. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TABBRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF MARKETPLACE MAPPINGS, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TABBRIDGE AND ITS OPERATOR, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES ARISING FROM LISTING ERRORS, MARKETPLACE ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS OR RESTRICTIONS, LOST SALES, CONTENT CHANGES, INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY CLAIMS, OR FAILURE TO DETECT OR FILL A FORM FIELD.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, TABBRIDGE'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL TABBRIDGE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TabBridge and its operator, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or marketplace terms; or (d) any listing you create or submit using the extension.
13. Intellectual property
TabBridge, its software, branding, and website content are owned by or licensed to the TabBridge operator. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the extension or website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TabBridge at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, Chrome Web Store policies, or applicable marketplace terms. You may stop using TabBridge at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16 survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property or confidentiality rights.
16. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TabBridge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. TabBridge may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. TabBridge is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including marketplace platform changes, API deprecation, or Google Chrome policy updates.
17. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions, contact successmaster59@gmail.com.
