TabBridge respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how TabBridge handles claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) (“DMCA”).
1. How TabBridge works — no server-side content storage
TabBridge is a browser extension that operates entirely within the user's own browser. It does not upload, store, host, or transmit product listing content (titles, descriptions, images, or other listing data) to any TabBridge-operated server. Listing data is processed locally on the user's device and placed directly into destination marketplace forms that the user controls.
Because TabBridge does not host or store user-generated content on its servers, most DMCA safe-harbor provisions for online service providers (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)) do not apply to the extension itself. Any content that appears in a marketplace listing is placed there by the user through that marketplace's own platform — not through TabBridge servers.
If you believe a listing on eBay®, Shopify®, Walmart®, or TikTok Shop infringes your copyright, you should submit a takedown notice directly to that platform, not to TabBridge.
2. TabBridge website content
The TabBridge website (https://tabbridge.replit.app) hosts original content (marketing copy, documentation, and code) created by TabBridge. If you believe any content on the TabBridge website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to us using the contact information below.
3. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, provide a written communication to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is sufficient.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, page description, or screenshot).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send your notice to: successmaster59@gmail.com
Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. Submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
4. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where TabBridge may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Repeat infringers
TabBridge will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual-property rights, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
6. Contact
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated agent at: successmaster59@gmail.com. Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
For takedown requests related to listings on eBay®, Shopify®, Walmart®, or TikTok Shop, contact those platforms directly — TabBridge has no ability to modify or remove listings on marketplace platforms.
